Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TradingCalci website at tradingcalci.com and related services (the "Service"), operated by an individual sole proprietor [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. The Service

TradingCalci provides market analytics, screeners, calculators, news aggregation from public sources, and AI-assisted information tools for U.S. equities. Features and data may change, be delayed, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to access the Service or extract data in bulk, except via features we expressly provide;
• resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit data or content from the Service;
• reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• circumvent usage limits, rate limits, authentication, or billing;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any third party's rights.

5. AI features and usage limits

AI-assisted features are provided on a best-effort basis and may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Your questions are processed by a third-party AI provider (see Privacy Policy). Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information to AI features. AI usage is metered and subject to fair-use and plan limits; we may throttle, limit, or modify AI features at any time.

6. Premium subscription & billing

• Plans. TradingCalci may offer a Free plan, an Analytics plan at $1.00 USD per day, a Pro plan at $2.50 USD per day, and a Patterns plan at $199.00 USD per month, or the prices shown at checkout. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• Cancellation. You may cancel anytime; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• No refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods or unused time, except where required by law.
• Price changes. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
• Payment data. Card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, original text, software, and compiled analytics, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. Third-party data and content remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to those owners' terms.

8. Third-party data and links

The Service incorporates data and links from third parties, including U.S. government sources (e.g., SEC EDGAR, the Federal Register, the Federal Reserve, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the FDA), market-data and content providers, and embedded widgets (e.g., TradingView). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, availability, or terms. Your use of embedded third-party widgets may be subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that information is accurate, complete, current, or reliable. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $20.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR U.S. STATE], United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that state for any dispute, to the extent permitted by law.
